Core Responsibilities: Perform emulsion preparation and process improvement studies to support batch scale-up. Track, trend, and analyze in-process data. Provide engineering solutions to manufacturing scale-up challenges and meet all safety, quality, supply requirements. Provide oversight or hand on execution of studies. Communicate with accurate updates on timelines, resources, and deliverables. Exercise and implement LEAN manufacturing practices and procedures.   Position Requirements Rising undergraduate sophomores, juniors, or seniors working towards obtaining a bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or general Engineering majors.   Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Technical skills in SQL database and programming. Strong presentation skills.
