Senior Practice Manager 

Description

The Senior Practice Manager will provide overall leadership and ensure that operations, facilities, and resources are met to achieve desired outcomes. As an integral member of the executive leadership team, the Senior Practice Manager will participate in the project management and strategic initiatives that ensure Clinic growth and development. The Senior Practice Manager works closely with other business units to ensure services are aligned with the goals of the organization.

Duties/Responsibilities:
• Monitor operational functions, Strategic Initiatives, and Key Performance Indicators.
• Develops, directs, and supervises Practice Managers.
• Work closely with the Executive Leadership Team on operational and human resource issues.
• Communicates regularly with physicians to promote efficiency and productivity of their
offices.
• Ensures compliance with regulatory and legal requirements.
• Monitors revenue cycle and financial performance of the clinic.
• Consistently promotes teamwork and displays a positive attitude and personal commitment to
excellence.

 
Position Requirements

Required Skills/Abilities: Ability to manage multiple projects independently, meet deadlines and proactively seeks ways to improve internal processes; Must possess knowledge and expertise in managing physician practices; Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Negotiation and change management skills; Must possess critical thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving skills; Ability to evaluate and design practice operations, policies, and procedures; Ability to engage in or lead process improvement initiatives.

Education & Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
7 years of hands-on medical practice management and supervisory experience.
