Job Responsibilities Guide and direct the technical activity within a production line Provide technical training to personnel including but not limited to product/process SOPs and all manufacturing related documentation Identify and troubleshoot challenges with regard to process, equipment setup and documentation Monitor NCR activity in area, seek guidance from Process and Product Engineers when necessary and disposition the NCR Identify all support tooling out of calibration, compliance, or not fit for use Assist with root cause analysis Assist with introduction of new products and processes Continuous improvement of process and products   Position Requirements Associate level degree in Engineering or equivalent experience in a manufacturing environment Demonstrated experience in overseeing manufacturing processes Demonstrated experience in training technical material Strong organizational skills, ability to multi task Strong problem solving skills Proficient with computer and ERP systems   Full-Time/Part-Time Full-Time     About the Organization Astronics Corporation (Nasdaq: ATRO) serves the world's aerospace, defense, and other mission critical industries with proven, innovative technology solutions.
