Job Summary:

The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences has an opening for a temporary Awards CRM/Database Specialist for the 95th Oscars. Candidates should have in-depth knowledge of CRM and ticketing/seating process. The individual must be well-organized, efficient, customer service oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. The position reports to the Awards Production and Special Events team.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Work with the Awards Production and Event team on Awards ticketing and seating
  • Ticketing and seating for all Oscar season-related events, and other duties as assigned during the awards season
  • Required in-depth knowledge of CRM, seating process
  • Familiar with the entertainment industry
  • Manage support team handling RSVPs for high-profile events
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information
  • Other duties and special projects as needed

 

 
Position Requirements

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years-experience in CRM ticketing and seating knowledge preferred
  • Advance skills with CRM, Google Suite, Dropbox, Microsoft Office Suite
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Prior experience on Awards Shows preferred
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to function smoothly and efficiently as part of the team
  • Strong sense of initiative and willingness to take ownership of projects both small and large in scale
