Share Email Opening Title ERP Admin/Data Analyst  Category Accounting/Finance   Position ERP Admin/Data Analyst   Description Feeney Brothers Utility Services is currently seeking an entry-level to mid-level ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) Administrator/Data Analyst to join our team. Reporting to the Finance Lead, this individual will work across the organization with Accounting/Finance, Operations, and IT to ensure reliable performance of the ERP system and take part in an analytical role while supporting the growing needs of the company. New graduates are encouraged to apply, on the job training is provided. The ERP Administrator will monitor system performance, implement software upgrades, troubleshoot system issues, and resolve user access and security issues. Data analytics role includes but not limited to providing support for data analysis, implementing systems improvements and processes utilizing cloud technologies. Additionally, this individual will assist with financial reporting and business analysis. Responsibilities: Assigns and maintains user access accounts and security access. Coordinates and communicates with end-users and support center. Troubleshooting, technical support, and system maintenance of various modules in ERP system. Responsible for reviewing, testing, and deploying new software releases, fixes, and software upgrades. Discover, analyze, and scope data requirements & representing them in conceptual and logical data models Create, analyze and leverage business intelligence data and tools to identify and monitor current financial and operational trends and opportunities Design custom reports and pages that support the needs of end-users. Design and implement automated solutions to extract, transform, and load data sets Perform analysis of system data to identify patterns, exceptions, and erroneous data Develop and maintain database tables and analytics pipeline Document and support internal processes and training Ad-hoc projects as needed.   Position Requirements Position Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Economics, Accounting, Finance, or Computer and Information Science required Strong troubleshooting skills Excellent teamwork, collaboration, and organization skills Ability to analyze information and think systematically Ability to handle databases and understand technology-driven business intelligence tools. Advanced Excel skills with solid business analysis in accounting and finance Knowledge in ERP systems, SQL, databases, and BI intelligence tools, including Power Query and Power Pivot Commitment toward continued learning and development Preferred Familiarity with standard libraries such as pandas, numpy, scikit-learn, and statsmodels preferred Conceptual understanding of fundamental machine learning concepts from your degree or self-learning preferred Please include a cover letter with salary expectations when applying for this position   Salary   Req Number ACC-22-00005   Location Boston   EOE Statement We are an equal employment opportunity employer.
