JOB SUMMARY:Primary responsibility for administrative and clinical management program services assigned; including supervision and maintenance of high quality services in accordance with the mission, polices, and best practice standards.


  • Monitor effective and efficient clinical service delivery.
  • Implement the policies and procedures of Catholic Charities in dealings with clients, staff and the community. Ensure compliance with all applicable standards and contract requirements of funding entities, including all required reports.
  • Clinical supervision of LSW staff, students and volunteers as required.
  • Providing staff development and training necessary for accomplishment of program goals and applicable standards.
  • Assists in monitoring service utilization and program service quality.
  • Assists with analyzing service data and statistics as requested.
  • Assists with development and implementation of service/program enhancements as requested.
  • Responsible for assuring programs effective and efficient filing and reporting systems including Anasazi requirements for supervisees.
  • Contribute to new program development including grant proposals as requested. In collaboration with the Director and Associate Director, develop, implement, and improve clinical outcome measurements.
  • Assist in assuring a client-friendly orientation with clients, referral sources, payors and community members.
  • Assist is assuring the development of good working relationships with other programs and agency staff.
Position Requirements


Master’s degree in appropriate field with a minimum of 8 years direct clinical practice, and a clinical license (LCSW); a minimum of 5 years supervisory/clinical administrative experience; completion of NASW Clinical Supervision Certification Course
