Your Role at MOBE

As Sales Enablement Manager, you'll be an integral part of how MOBE identifies new relationships, manages them throughout their lifecycle, and looks for ways to make it easier for our prospective clients to get started working with us. You'll work closely with our Marketing, Sales, Client Success, and Implementation teams to optimize the way we interact with our current and future clients. We are looking for someone who has exceptional communication skills and a knowledge of the healthcare industry.

This role reports to the Chief Commercial Officer.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the Sales team is equipped with the right information and tools to support our prospective clients and partners questions
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to deliver new and updated insights to the market
  • Ensure team members are consistently using tools and resources
  • Support with CRM reporting
  • Manage external vendor relationships that assist with sales tool development
  • Assist in the full commercialization of new products and offerings
  • Identify the needs, and facilitate the evolution and improvement of team resources and tools such as marketing assets and other customer facing materials
  • Other duties as assigned to help fulfill our Mission and abide by MOBE's Guiding Principles

 
Position Requirements

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelors in business, marketing or other related degree or equivalent
  • 5 years of sales or sales administrative experience
  • 5 years of healthcare industry experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Organizational and planning skills
  • Proven problem analysis and problem-solving experience
  • Ability to think creatively, strategically, and work in a changing environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
