The Renovation Coordinator will be assigned to two properties in South Houston to over-see the coordination of residents during an interior and exterior rehab. This is a full-time position, that will be onsite (not working from an office) coordinating with management, ownership, contractors, etc. Working with the scheduling, coordination of residents moving, helping residents pack, etc.
Role requires working knowledge of renovation plans where residents move from one apartment to another (permanently) for a multifamily rehab. Must be Houston based, and be able to work 40 hours in the South Houston area onsite.
This is not a project manager role, and this role will not be involved in rehab related decisions, it is strictly an administrative role to handle passing out notices to residents, coordinating the move schedule, helping residents pack, coordinating movers, etc.
