Description
  • Supervises and directs an IT team that supports end-users and provides quality service, effective call & incident management, and efficient restoration of service to meet service levels for multiple Paychex programs.
  • This position manages a primarily level 1 support team, across multiple programs and reports to the Senior manager of Enterprise Support.

  • Familiar with Paychex Payroll, Flex and/or HRS/ENS applications.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at once.
