This position is also responsible for directing and evaluating the work of our Caregivers. The Staff Scheduling Coordinator must thrive in a fast-paced environment, be able to motivate and inspire a team and effectively respond to the changing needs of the seniors we serve. On occasion, execution of job duties may require work hours into the evening and candidate must be able to work late when the need arises.
