PT Instructor, CLEET BPOC Academy  

Description

Basic Instructor:

  • Must have a minimum of 2 years Full-time experience in law enforcement after completing the basic certification course, and be in compliance with 70 O.S., Section 33II, AND
  • Successfully complete CLEET recognized Instructor development school.
  • Possess instructional techniques and classroom presentation skills appropriate for law enforcement.

Specialized Instructor:

  • Meet all qualification for basic instructor, PLUS
  • Must have the skills necessary to successfully train others in physical or highly technical skills, through coaching and repetition in subjects such as: firearms, defensive-tactics, standardized field sobriety, law enforcement driver training, and drug recognition.
 
Position Requirements
  1. Demonstrate extensive organizational skills with extreme attention to detail.
  2. Comfortable with multi-tasking and dealing with deadlines.
  3. Proficient in Microsoft Office products and in utilizing databases to submit regulatory reports.
  4. Ability to learn and operate classroom technology.
  5. Comfortable with independent research on regulatory requirements.
  6. Demonstrate effective people skills, communication skills and professionalism (i.e. – prepared, reliable, responsible, punctual, etc.)
  7. Demonstrate an understanding of and commitment to the mission and goals of Tulsa Tech’s ACD program.
  8. Participate in professional development opportunities as required by the ACD department.

Salary Schedule Standard Rate Schedule for Non-Regular (Temporary, Adjunct,Substitute) and Regular-Part Time Employees

Our school serves secondary students from public school districts throughout Tulsa County, as well as private, parochial and home-schooled students. THE REPORT ALSO INCLUDES INSTITUTIONAL POLICIES CONCERNING CAMPUS SECURITY, SUCH AS POLICIES CONCERNING ALCOHOL AND DRUG USE, CRIME PREVENTION, THE REPORTING OF CRIMES, SEXUAL ASSAULT, AND OTHER MATTERS.
