Position Requirements
  • Activities will include developing, specifying, and validating roll good construction for specific production programs.
  • The position requires strong interpersonal skills as they interact with a large cross functional Product Development Team in their daily duties. 
  • Conduct complete release and validation activities. 
  • Run cost models to support business growth. 
  • Provide technical support to internal and external customers and suppliers. 
  • Perform tasks to ensure the delivery of safe and compliant materials, equipment, and processes for the Company’s business, taking a leadership role throughout the development of assigned projects.
  • Manage product engineering activities on Inteva's rolled goods product.
  • Responsible for bringing Inteva's in-house TPO rolled goods technology to market.
  • Vehicle Interior Engineering experience: Minimum of three (10+) years’ experience in instrument panels, floor consoles or door trim..
  • Knowledge and experience with product engineering, and program management.
  • Troubleshooting in product design, manufacturing, and applications
  • Experience in working with suppliers and customers
  • English Advanced

 

 
Education Requirement Bachelor's degree in Polymer Material Science and Engineering, Mechanical, manufacturing, or relative fields.
