Chevrolet Pre-Owned Sales Manager

Zimbrick Chevrolet is looking for the next high achiever to continue to move the Chevrolet brand forward! You will have the opportunity to excel within a winning culture. You will help your team create the Outstanding Customer Service experience that Zimbrick strives to achieve. The ideal candidate will have a passion for growing and developing an experienced sales team. You will also support harmony and teamwork with all other departments at Zimbrick Chevrolet.

What You Will Do

Build the Bench: Recruit, Train, Coach, Develop and Retain a stellar staff

Inspect and Motivate sales staff's activities to exceed monthly forecasts

Increase volume and grow a successful and profitable Used Car Department

Support efforts of the finance department to maximize profit

Appraise vehicles for trade

Acquire enough inventory to grow the profitability of the company            

Manage pre-owned inventory and expenses effectively

Provide back-up for New Car Manager

Build strong relationships with our internal and external customers

Follow the Road to the Sale processes effectively and efficiently

This is not an entry level position, previous successful Sales and F&I Management is preferred

Position Requirements

Minimum two years automotive sales management experience

Intermediate level computer skills

A valid driver’s license and good driving record

Must be 18 years or older
