Attains company goals and objectives, which includes retailer relations, sales, display execution, product quality maintenance, point of sale placement, category management and other, market presence sell in to benefit the company. Adheres to approved supplier standards. Learns and utilizes all company used hardware equipment and software applications. Qualifications: Delivery, team lead, merchandising or manager assistant experience is required. Prior beverage sales and or management experience is a plus. Strong communication skills - written, verbal, persuasive is required. Must be able to facilitate these in a professional manner. Must be able to take management direction daily, be a team player and complete all tasks and deadlines associated within job scope.   Position Requirements Two years beverage delivery, team lead, merchandising or manager assistant experience is required.
