Demonstrated experience managing Information Technology Audits, IT reporting and cybersecurity programs are a plus.   Preferred Skills Network administration Office 365 Disaster Recovery VMWare Project Management Management of IT vendor relationships.   Role and Responsibilities Responsible for managing our cybersecurity, IT governance and Vendor Management programs in the information technology area including reporting activities, coordinating IT audits and Examinations, resolution of identified findings and program improvements to achieve and exceed compliance requirements.   Essential Duties Manage our change control program in coordination with system administrators and business users to evaluate, document and present changes to Business Line Leaders to obtain their approval. Collaborate with the Information Technology Group to generate appropriate documentation for IT controls and present effectiveness evaluation to the Chief Information Technology Officer. Develop and implement a plan to continuously improve our cybersecurity framework, including Information Security Council meetings and reporting to management. Implement required program enhancements for our Red Flags, Electronic Banking and other key data security frameworks according to regulation. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements in the Information Technology are for Financial Institutions and lead changes to maintain and exceed compliance. Evaluate cybersecurity information to implement proactive measures to mitigate risk. Develop best practices and operating procedures to support sustained operational efficiency. Collaborates with the Information Technology Group and Risk Management to lead IT Audits, Examinations and issue resolution via root-cause analysis. Cooperates with, participates in, and supports the adherence to all internal policies, procedures, and practices in support of risk management, overall safety and soundness, and the banks compliance with all regulatory requirements, e.g. Community Reinvestment Act (CRA), Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), Equal Credit Opportunity Act, etc. Reports pertinent information to the immediate supervisor as required, or according to an established schedule. Other duties as assigned.   Ancillary Duties Performs tasks which are supportive in nature to the essential functions of the job, but which may be altered or re-designed depending upon individual or departmental circumstances.   Physical Requirements Occasionally positions self to accomplish tasks in various environments including tight and confined spaces. Must be able to remain in a stationary position more than two-thirds of the time. The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to accomplish tasks. Must be able to adjust or move objects up to 20 pounds in all directions. Frequently communicates with others to exchange information. Constantly moves wrists, hands, and/or fingers. Must be able to assess the accuracy, neatness, and thoroughness of the work assigned. Occasionally exposed to high temperatures and low temperatures. Occasionally has to work around noisy environments. Occasionally has to work around small and/or enclosed spaces. No adverse environmental conditions expected. Sedentary work that primarily involves sitting/standing. Must be able to occasionally do light work that includes moving objects up to 20 pounds. Must be able to occasionally do medium work that includes moving objects up to 50 pounds.
