Marketing Coordinator  
Description

The Marketing Associate will lead and coordinate marketing-related activities designed to support the aggressive growth goals of the business through sales enablement and customer success. In this role, you will assist leadership in determining sales and marketing campaign themes and then take the lead on execution in collaboration with sales and business development. You will be our brand champion amplifying our value proposition and ensuring every customer segment is aware of the ways TicketNetwork can help them manage and grow their business.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Own all customer-facing communication that is delivered via the web, social, email, events and webinars
  • Create collateral for new products, services and initiatives
  • Update and refine existing content
  • Create and own a roadmap of outreach campaigns to support the overall growth of the business
  • Produce and coordinate webinars
  • Create, track and communicate campaign performance metrics
 
Position Requirements

Required Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Demonstrated experience in developing persuasive content
  • Graphic design
  • Basic computer skills: Microsoft word/excel/outlook

Required Experience:

  • 3-5 years in marketing communication, product marketing or customer success
  • E-commerce or online marketplace experience.

Preferred skills:

  • Market research
  • Video production
  • Project management
  • Familiarity with Constant Contact
  • Familiarity with eBay
  • Comfort in dealing with customers

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience in the live event ticketing industry
  • Professional experience in a marketing or public relations role.
  • Published writing samples (online or print)

Education:

  • Bachelors degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, or another related field
