Description

The Task Order Project Manager shall direct project-specific staff and reviews work products for completeness and adherence to customer requirements, provides communication to management to review project plans, status reports, and deliverables.

Additional Responsibilities Include, but are not Limited To:

  • Develops overall project milestones and monitors the execution of the project against planned timelines.
  • Directs and reviews program plans, status reports, and deliverables with the program director and project team.
  • Assist the Government Program Manager in preparing briefs, attending meetings, and capturing notes as required.
  • Serves as a case manager for assigned litigation, investigation, FOIA, and Congressional inquiry cases and provides much of the support for the litigation support applications used by DLA that meet specific needs of the cases supported.
  • Maintain continuous communication frequent contact with the Government Case Managers, trial attorneys, OGC, the COR, COR/PMO, and PM.
  • Perform active quality assurance.
  • Identify and solves program/project issues.
  • Plan/Schedule project deliverables, goals, and milestones.
  • Maintain an active caseload.
  • Supervise and coordinate other project staff members caseloads.
  • Apply knowledge of computer system principles, automated data processing functions, and software languages.
  • Develop solutions to user requirements.
  • Convert and load data files produced in discovery into appropriate computer applications.
  • Administer the eDiscovery application servers used to support instances of litigation.
  • Customize programs and applications to manage, retrieve, and manipulate data to meet the specific needs of the cases.
  • Analyze complex application problems involving all phases of system analysis to provide resolution.
  • Understand application behavior in on-premises data centers and virtual environments to fully utilize the benefit of eDiscovery technologies.
  • Provide expert advice on best practices involving ESI.
  • Assist with proposal development, if necessary
  • Perform other duties, as assigned.
