Share Email Opening Title eDiscovery Business Data Analyst II  Category Management/Other Analyst   Description The Business Data Analyst II shall develop simple graphic images/exhibits using standard off the shelf software packages and advise attorneys on the effectiveness of certain exhibits or sequences of exhibits. Additional Responsibilities Include, but are not Limited To: Advise attorneys on equipment, distribution system, and software requirements for limited or routine courtroom configurations and must be capable of performing all trial and courtroom support functions, including equipment set up and troubleshooting, scripting, advising on graphics presentations, and in courtroom operation of equipment. Digitizes audio and video clips; synchronize clips with written transcripts and obtain, install, test, set up appropriate equipment and software. Responsible for the smooth operation of the presentation system in the courtroom. Scan exhibits into courtroom presentation system prepares exhibit images for uses (e.g., zooming in on or highlighting a particular paragraph, or setting up two exhibits side by side on the screen) and will work with the trial team, including expert witnesses, to develop plans and scripts for presenting a case in the courtroom using a courtroom presentation system. Work under the direction of the TOPM. Assist with proposal development, if necessary.
