eDiscovery Business Systems Analyst

Description

The Business Systems Analyst shall assist investigators and attorneys with the seizure and securing of digital evidence.

Additional Responsibilities Include, but are not Limited To:

  • Providing expert guidance on the extraction, transfer, and storage of electronic data to preserve the integrity of the evidence and documenting the chain of custody.
  • Assisting forensic experts and attorneys in preparing reports and other written material concerning the production, analyses, and preservation of electronic evidence.
  • Responsible for acquiring, preserving, analyzing, and producing digital evidence.
  • Will work under the direction of the TOPM.
  • Assist with proposal development, if necessary.
  • Perform other duties, as assigned.
 
Position Requirements

Experience:

  • Five (5) years relevant experience in e-Discovery required.
  • Must have minimum one (1) year experience with the Exterro e-discovery platform to review and analyze data around litigation, investigations, government requests, etc.

Education:

  • BS or BA degree or four (4) additional years of related experience.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:

  • DoD Approved 8570 Baseline Certification Category IAM Level I.
  • Project Management certification is desired but not required.

Other Required Skills & Abilities:

  • Must be able to effectively communicate with customer and fulfill all duties and responsibilities as listed in the contract.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office suite including, but not limited to: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.

Security Clearance:

  • Must possess IT-II security clearance or have a current National Agency Check with Local Agency Check and Credit Check (NACLC) at time of proposal submission.

US Citizenship: This position supports a U.S. Government Contract whose terms require Sawdey Solution Services to staff it only with U.S. Citizens.
