Share Email Opening Title eDiscovery Documentation Specialist  Category Editing/Technical Writing   Description The Documentation Specialist shall assist attorneys with strategies for organizing documents in the database and conduct relevancy and privilege reviews and create privilege logs and Vaughn indices. Additional Responsibilities Include, but are not Limited To: Code documents for issue and privilege and develop fact and witness evidence to support or debunk legal issues. Identify documents responsive to discovery, FOIA, or Congressional Requests and develop alternative lines of inquiry in investigations. Redact documents with respect to privilege. proprietary, and personally identifiable information. Work under the direction of the TOPM. Assist with proposal development, if necessary.
