Position Summary: At Yellowstone Boys and Girls Ranch, we count on our Regional Clinical Managers to provide clinical oversight in providing trauma-informed mental health services in their region of responsibility. They will serve as an active member of the Leadership Team, partnering with other leaders working to assure adherence to the mission and values of Yellowstone Boys and Girls Ranch. The Regional Clinical Manager will actively work to attain the established strategic goals established in the strategic plan. Additionally, they will serve as a primary point of contact with outside agencies and partners.

Position Requirements
  • Education: Master’s Degree (60 Credit Hours) in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or similar field of study from an accredited university.
  • Previous Professional Experience: A minimum of three (3) years of clinical experience post-licensure. Completion of twenty (20) hours of board-certified clinical supervisory training may be considered in lieu of the 3-year requirement.
  • License and/or Certification: Montana Licensure as LCPC, LCSW, or LMFT
  • Competencies or Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSA’s)
    • Leadership skills: The Regional Clinical Manager will possess a dynamic, collaborative style. They will lead by example and demonstrate a strong commitment to relational leadership.
    • Influencing skills: The Regional Clinical Manager must be able to influence others through their credibility, leadership skills, and the ability to build and present compelling clinical and business cases.
    • Ability to build rapport and maintain good working relationships with team members, partner agencies & staff, and other stakeholders.
    • Ability to adhere to code of ethics including The Child and Youth Worker Code of Ethics, The National Association of Social Worker Code, and The American Psychological Association Code
    • Knowledge of behavior modification and age-appropriate child development
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Excellent time management skills, organizational skills, and flexibility
    • Excellent active listening skills
    • Good computer skills and ability to quickly learn and use YBGR-selected software solutions.
    • Good judgment and decision-making skills
  • Criminal / Child Abuse Clearance: Must pass criminal record and child abuse registry background check as required by the State of Montana.
 
Full-Time/Part-Time Full-Time  
Hiring Range Salary $56,448 - $62,598 annualized based on experience.
