Description

General Purpose

The Senior Director - Telecom will assist the Vice President in making strategic decisions and further enhancement of Operational Key Performance Indicators and overall Performance metrics. This position will develop and implement programs to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations for the business.

  • Demonstrates strong decision-making skills with the ability to communicate effectively to a large workforce
  • Participates in all new bids with pricing and sales from an operational perspective
  • Works to support the service and growth of new and existing accounts and resolves customer service issues that arise
  • Establishes solid business relationships and maintains open, accurate and timely communication with both internal and external clients
  • Proactively influences decisions through collaboration, leadership and customer focused approach
  • Identifies and anticipates customer needs and manages the process of creating appropriate solutions, and positioning these solutions with the customer
  • Prepares and presents accurate project status reports, metrics and results for all required audiences

Supervisory Duties (if any)

  • Instructs employees on company core values, company and client policies, and safety policies
 
Position Requirements
  • Four (4+) plus years in a leadership role is required
  • Four (4+) plus years experience understanding financial statements is required
  • Eight (8+) plus years working in utility and/or construction operations is required
