So What Does a PFL Customer Advocate Do?

Customer Advocates
 manage PFL's eCommerce customer base from idea conception through finished print product. They are responsible for customer success through inventive thinking, quick action, and flawless execution. We are looking for results-oriented individuals who enjoy competition, are driven by hard work, and are willing to rise to a challenge.

Customer Advocate Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service through rapid responses, in-depth product knowledge, and complete understanding of our advanced printing technologies and services
  • Create revenue success by driving customers to the best print and marketing solutions for their goals
  • Resolve customer issues by putting their success first
  • Adhere to high expectations for individual and team performance

The rest of the stuff:  This is an hourly position with an annual compensation of approximately $42,000 - $45,000. Full-time position with complete benefit package including health, 401K, disability, vacation, etc.
