Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Work with customers on their accounts to clear up any past due amounts
  • Update customer accounts as required
  • Maintain collections spreadsheet, updating as needed
  • Create deposit invoices and follow up for payment
  • Follow the production schedule to make sure that all payments are in if required
  • Review incoming payments and apply in the ERP system
  • Invoice customers when required
  • Invoice when services are completed
  • Release jobs and slot after deposit receipt

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Customer service experience
  • Proficiency with Excel and Word
  • Demonstrated attention to detail
  • Time management
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
