Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Work with customers on their accounts to clear up any past due amounts
- Update customer accounts as required
- Maintain collections spreadsheet, updating as needed
- Create deposit invoices and follow up for payment
- Follow the production schedule to make sure that all payments are in if required
- Review incoming payments and apply in the ERP system
- Invoice customers when required
- Invoice when services are completed
- Release jobs and slot after deposit receipt
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Customer service experience
- Proficiency with Excel and Word
- Demonstrated attention to detail
- Time management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
