Are you a people person who thrives on variety? Our Business Development Center team is responsible for establishing and maintaining a premium, high line customer experience for our clients. You will play the crucial role of being the voice of Zimbrick sales and service through exemplary customer service over email, phone, text and video. Assisting customers with their internet and phone inquiries with the goal of setting appointments to experience our MINI brand as well as many other quality pre-owned vehicles.
What You Will Do
Reply to internet and phone inquiries within established timeframes
Communicate effectively with clients according to their preferred method of contact
Reply to questions pertaining to new and pre-owned vehicles, trade-ins and promotions
Efficiently schedule service and sales appointments
Make courtesy outbound calls to service clients (no solicitation)
Computes and prints customer invoices
Assist service team with collecting payments
Master written and verbal communication
Continuous learning to keep up-to-date on new products, features, accessories
Deliver an Outstanding Customer Experience every time
