You will be responsible for selling corporate products and services through company-generated and self-generated sales leads. The Design Specialist will reach business targets through excellent sales, presentation, and communication skills. Integrity, vision, and passion are essential for this role.

What we need from you:

  • Must follow streamlined sales process and have the ability to travel as needed to perform duties in assigned territories.
  • Attend weekly sales meeting and quarterly company events. May participate in off-site training, trade shows, and seminars.
  • Call prospective customers that are generated by internal lead sources. Must also possess the ability to generate leads from external sources.
  • Complete all necessary documents in an accurate and timely manner. Must provide all documentation required to process contracts according to established procedures.
  • Provide weekly summary of activity to sales manager regarding current proposals and status of pending contracts.
  • Ability to generate accurate proposals in a timely manner and maintain regular contact with customers and various departments throughout process.
  • Ability to comprehend engineering reports/information and technical documents in order to interpret requirements.

Position Requirements
  • Successful completion of training, including mastering customer messaging and software programs.
  • Be passionate about what you do.
  • Possess strong communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel to customer homes and conduct appointments.
  • 2 years prior sales experience that illustrates a proven record.
  • Possess and maintain a valid driver's license and safe driving record.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
  • Ability to meet and/or exceed sales goals set by the company.
 
Salary Paid training followed by a healthy commission package.
