Description

We are looking for a talented, energetic Business Development Associate to help improve our brand recognition, drive sales, and boost our financial growth. This is an exciting opportunity to create action plans that will help up reach our growth initiatives including new customer acquisition and client optimization.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research and identify potential clients.
  • Work closely with staff across all departments to implement growth strategies.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines.
  • Promote companys reputation as best place to work.
  • Willingness to familiarize yourself with the company's vision and mission, seeking to accomplish set goals and objectives.
  • Willingness to travel for business meetings with prospective and current clients.
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with various levels of management, staff, and clients.
  • Identify new business opportunities and partners.
  • Assists in the growth of marketing and strengthening client relationships through various methods (Lunch and Learns, presentations, Trade shows, etc.).

Skills

  • Demonstrated ability in business-to-business (B2B) sales.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines.
  • Understanding of the industry including equipment, logistics, and supply-chain management.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong decision-making skills.
 
Position Requirements
  • Associates degree or 3 years of relevant experience in production, sales, marketing, customer service, or related field.
  • Ability to travel for business.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
  • Strong organization and project management skills.
  • Friendly and personable demeanor.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant software.
 
Salary $38,000 - $42,000  
Full-Time/Part-Time Full-Time  
Exempt/Non-Exempt Exempt
