What You Will Do
Listen to customer concerns and recommend appropriate maintenance service and repairs
Provide accurate estimates and present multipoint vehicle inspections
Coordinate services or repairs with technicians and parts department
Follow-up with customers on repair status and charges for repairs
Keep up-to-date knowledge of technical bulletins
