ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Staff Development:
Guide and evaluate the work of employees to ensure a healthy working environment.
Foster a diverse and inclusive practice.
Conduct patient interaction and performance assessments following best practices in the key area of core responsibilities.
Recognize and connect with staff through open lines of communication and coaching.
Responsible for the direct supervision of the staff located within the practice.
Proactively recruit, interview, hire, motivate, train, motivate current and future staff.
Patient Care:
Cultivate and develop a team that will embrace and display a passion for delivering quality patient care and customer service.
Collaborate with both physicians and staff to create optimal patient flow, while ensuring both superior patient care and successful operating results.
Performance Management:
Monitor the effectiveness and efficiency of the practice through review of medical documentation, data collection, and program compliance.
Identify opportunities for practice growth.
Monitor appropriate management of financial procedures including billing, daily deposits, reporting, and accounts receivable to ensure optimal profitability within the practice.
Ensure all policies, processes and work instructions are followed at the highest level to include merchandising, brand management, timely and accurate completion of all patient transactions, and utilization of all resources.
Manage the financial outcomes of the practice including:
Costs of goods sold / Costs of services
Operating Expenses
Employee Compensation / Wage %
Strategic Development:
Align strategic goals and resources to maximize effectiveness.
Identify competitors, expansion opportunities, customers, markets, and new industry developments and standards.
Drive organizational innovation and change through collaborative efforts with business partners in various departmental areas.
Asset Management:
Monitor the practice to ensure a safe, clean, organized and inviting environment for both patients and staff.
Monitor and protect all company assets by performing periodic inventory audits on building/grounds, clinical and office equipment, sellable products, and all other company-owned resources.
Execute inventory management, controls loss prevention and discounting policies
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
A High School Diploma
Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field is preferred, but not required.
Minimum of 1-year previous management experience is preferred, but not required.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Available to work a flexible schedule, additional hours as required, including occasional evenings and Saturday mornings.
Physical Activity: Talking, Hearing, Repetitive motion.
Must have visual acuity to determine the accuracy, neatness, and thoroughness of the work assigned.
Must be able to lift up-to 15 lbs. on a regular basis from floor to waist, 5 lbs. from waist to shoulder, and 5 lbs. from shoulder to overhead.
