About the Role

We are eager to discuss the prospect of you joining our team as our next incredible team member! This position reports to our SBA Quality Control and Servicing Managerand allows you to grow at your own pace, meaning the opportunities are endless for advancement on our team!

In this role, you will have an opportunity to partner with team members and key stakeholders to provide Incredible Customer Experiences of your own by completing tasks such as:

  • Responsible for providing a high level of assistance to SBA customers in relation to administrative and documentation preparation as well as post close lending matters.
  • Prepare 1086 packages for Secondary Market sales once post-fund quality control review is complete and all loan exceptions have been cleared.
  • Review loan modification requests for accuracy and compliance with SBA SOP servicing requirements.
  • Process all SBA post close modifications to include collateral swaps, subordinations, and deferrals and accurately prepare all loan documentation necessary for each request.
  • Coordinate loan transactions with third parties such as appraiser title companies, real estate agents, etc. on assigned requests.
  • Assist in conducting documentation reviews of troubled loans to determine documentation risks and servicing actions.
  • Work with assigned SBA Relationship Officer(s) to clear all outstanding loan file exceptions.
  • Routinely meets with a variety of SBA business partners to actively manage the loan pipeline and ensure customer needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Partner with key business leaders to identify process improvements, efficiency gains and enhanced customer experience.

This is a full-time salaried exemptposition, averaging approximately 40 hours/week. Schedule may vary by time zone, Monday through Friday.

This position is remote eligible. Individuals may choose to work from a designated home office space or may choose to work onsite at any IncredibleBank branch location in Wisconsin and Michigan.

  • 4+ years of lending or compliance experience and/or training and 2+ years of loan administration experience preferred.
  • 2+ years of SBA servicing experience desired.
  • Knowledge of core processing systems, Microsoft Office, Windows, Word Processing software; Spreadsheet software, Database software and loan origination software.
  • NAGGL certification preferred but not required.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet critical timelines.
  • Capability to coordinate multiple and changing tasks/priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail.
