Description

Regional Marketing Specialist is a newly created position created to drive marketing efforts in our growing multi-family portfolio. This will be a direct partnership with the property operations teams to implement marketing, leasing, and resident retention programs at new developments, lease-ups, market rate and LIHTC properties and affordable properties. This is hands-on role, and work with the operations team members on marketing programs, policies and procedures. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced, creative, multi-family professional to make a big impact in a diverse, highly visible, and growing company. 


Responsibilities

  • Partner with Director of Revenue Management and Marketing alongside with the property operations teams to achieve leasing performance, occupancy expectations and the Peabody customer experience
  • Work with the Director of Revenue Management to formulate renewal, resident retention, pricing strategies and marketing budgets for stabilized, lease-up and new acquisitions to improve financial performance
  • Ensure property team members are aware of and trained in all aspects of Peabody’s marketing programs and products
  • Support company growth and development by providing ad hoc market research and analysis
  • Collaborate with the Marketing and Creative team to develop website content, digital marketing strategies, reputation management and social media for the portfolio
  • Implement marketing, leasing and resident retention programs at new developments, lease-ups, market rate and LIHTC properties
  • Provide training to on site team members on leasing, renewal strategies and the customer service experience
  • Provide in-person support to communities throughout the region
  • Motivate, train and lead sales teams to reach leasing goals
  • Monitor all ad sources and provide training and guidance to teams
  • Provide support to the onsite teams and assistance with waitlist management
 
Position Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years relevant experience
  • Proven experience developing and executing successful marketing programs
  • Multisite and digital marketing experience are a must.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills and mindset
  • Experience training teams on customer service skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Particularly Publisher, PowerPoint, Outlook and Word)
  • Tax Credit experience, Market Rate, and Lease Up
  • Real Page experience preferred
  • Travel required
