Looking for a Full-Time Clinician for our Recovery and Individualized Support Services program

 

Job Summary:

You will provides outpatient therapeutic sessions to adults, children and families to increase stabilization and maintain accurate records for each case.

 

What You Will Do:

  • Work with children, families, and adults on their personal treatment goals to help create a sense of stability and overall healthy functioning
  • Evaluate clients at intake and admission, ongoing treatment, service delivery, and at discharge or transfer
  • Formulate psychosocial treatment plans, with relevant, behaviorally-measurable goals that serve as indexes for evaluating treatment progress, and realistic time frames for achievement
  • Provide supportive services and evidence-based interventions, including case management and linkage to community resources
  • Respond to clients for crisis intervention
  • Document services in clinical record with all entries authenticated, timed, and dated
  • Communicate discharge, aftercare, transfer plans for clients completing treatment and accessing other services in the continuum

 

What We Need to See:

  • A Master's degree in social work or other behavioral health discipline from an accredited college or university
  • 2+ years of clinical experience
  • Documented knowledge of 1+ year work experience with children and adolescent populations or substance abuse counseling
  • MCO panel eligible, as applicable
  • When Prof. License is pending, employee must be supervised by LCSW/LMFT/LPC until license is received; OR
  • Have a Prof. License by program's requirements (LAC, LSW, or LCADC)
  • A valid driver's license and must be insurable by agency's automobile insurance.
