This position provides a flexible schedule and can be a great opportunity for students, semi-retired, or individuals looking for a part-time employment opportunity.

Position Requirements


  1. Education: Must possess a High School Diploma
  2. At least 21 years of age
  3. Pass criminal background and child abuse registry check as required by the state of Montana
  4. Demonstrate strong interpersonal and customer service skills with the ability to engage a diverse group of participants.
  5. Demonstrate the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks concurrently.
  6. Ability to exercise and model good judgment, teamwork, and professionalism, especially in crisis situations, and creative about finding solutions for them.
  7. Use of computer and ability to quickly learn and use YBGR selected software solutions
  8. Have the ability to display regular, predictable, and reliable attendance at work.

Hiring Range Salary $14.19 - $15.59 per hour DOE
