About the Role
We are eager to discuss the prospect of you joining our team as our next incredible team member! This position works closely with our SBA team members and allows you to grow at your own pace, meaning the opportunities are endless for advancement on our team!
In this role, you will have an opportunity to partner with team members and key stakeholders to provide Incredible Customer Experiences of your own by completing tasks such as:
- Assists SBA loan officers with reviewing and completing initial loan file set up and performing various tasks as needed to ensure SBA 7(a) loan packages are complete.
- Ensures effective coordination of the loan file transfer through the loan process, assisting with various duties and responsibilities pre-underwriting and pre-closing.
- Provides outstanding customer experience to IncredibleBank customers and prospects.
- Works closely with lender, underwriter, and closer to ensure efficiencies in all loan stages.
- Orders due diligence reports to include, but not limited to credit bureaus, Lexis Nexis, UCC's, G845 Clearance (INS), CAIVRS, SAMS, OFAC, tax transcripts, appraisals, business valuations, environmental reports, site visits through 3rd party vendors and any other applicable third-party reports. Reports drawn will allow internal partners to determine SBA eligibility and to prepare for loan approvals.
This is a full-time salaried exempt position, averaging approximately 40 hours/week. Schedule may vary by time zone, Monday through Friday.
This position is remote eligible. Individuals may choose to work from a designated home office space or may choose to work onsite at any IncredibleBank branch location in Wisconsin and Michigan.

- Associate's degree and 3-5 years commercial loan experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. 1-3 years SBA loan experience and/or training preferred.
- To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Office, Windows, word processing software, spreadsheet software, database software, and loan origination software.
- SBA CAFS (ETRAN) experience preferred.
- I-lien (Wolters Kluwer) experience preferred.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet critical timelines.
- Capability to coordinate multiple and changing tasks/priorities.
- Strong attention to detail.
