Share Email Opening Title FT Case Manager - Supported Employment  Description Join our team as a Case Manager with the Individual Placement and Support program.   As a Case Manager with the Individual and Placement Support program, you will be supporting clients using an evidence-based approach to support employment for people with serious mental illness. IPS helps people living with behavioral health conditions work at regular jobs of their choosing.   What are the primary responsibilities of this Case Manager position?
