The Cleaner/Maintenance role is to assist the site Management Team with the efficient operation of property. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: Maintaining a high level of cleanliness in the buildings common areas and other assigned areas; Janitorial and grounds care including snow/ice removal; Maintains exterior grounds according to company standards. Responding to work orders Requirements of the Position: Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal; Ability to take initiative and be self-motivated; Excellent customer service skills a must.
