Share Email Opening Title Program Manager  Description Looking for a Program Manager for our Child's Mobile Crisis department. Job Summary: You will provides leadership, supervision and coordination for Children's Mobile Response and Stabilization Services (CMRSS) and provide coordination and support to CRW and Administrative Support Staff. What You Will Do: Act as immediate support to Director, Program Managers and Administrative team Provide training to crisis response workers and ongoing supervision. Provide task support to program crisis response workers Coordinate crisis response worker on-call and full-time schedule Help with client enrollment into electronic health record Help with Quality Assurance Complete credentialing process promptly and compliance with maintaining credentials Assess and evaluate clients at intake and admission, during ongoing treatment and service delivery, and at discharge/transfer Provide educational and supportive group presentations and discussions with clients and family members focused on mental illness, chemical dependency, addictions, and dual diagnosis Collaborate as a member of an interdisciplinary clinical team meetings, providing clinical support for team colleagues, and engaging in program-related performance improvement processes and activities Assist CRW and clients with concrete services and advocacy, interface with other system on behalf of client, provide and follow up on referrals when indicated by initial and ongoing assessment Supervise students assigned by supervisor and document supervision What We Need to See: Master Degree in social work or other behavioral health discipline from an accredited college or university.
