As a strong servant leader, you will work closely with your teams to help guide them on efficient design, technical direction and project execution. Helps to remove roadblocks that agile teams are unable to solve by themselves. Gives feedback to the product owners on the content and prioritization of the product backlog. Participates with Project Leads to ensure that task definition, task estimates, duration, and project schedules are developed to meet project objectives. Mitigates issues affecting project schedules. Provides input to annual reviews of project leads and project team members. Participates in interviewing and hiring process for software engineers.   What to do Agile team that typically includes a senior technical solution lead and 5 engineers that support the software development and test automation needs of the project.
