Job Summary

This position is responsible for processing group ticket orders and assisting ticket office personnel with various responsibilities, in addition to various game day Ticket Office activities.

Responsibilities:

Primary:

  1. Process group orders, which include: data entry, shipping tickets and troubleshooting
  2. Assisting Ticket Office personnel with season payments and Pick-a-Plan orders
  3. Support Window Ticket Sellers, which requires: answering questions, troubleshooting problems and ensuring work is done correctly
  4. Ensure that the Window Ticket Seller banks are accurate and balanced
  5. Receive and process payment transactions and ensure the accuracy of daily payment report
  6. Assist the Account Executives with customer service, Will Call requests, send tickets, processing of urgent orders, and resolving of pressing issues
  7. All other duties as assigned by the Manager of Ticket Operations

Secondary:

  1. Assist the Ticket Office personnel with miscellaneous duties
  2. Answering telephone calls, responding to emails, calling customers, participating in meetings, etc.
 
Position Requirements

Required:

  1. Legally authorized to work in the United States
  2. High School Graduate
  3. Knowledge of Microsoft Applications

Desired:

  1. Associate’s Degree in Business Administration
  2. Customer relations experience
  3. Ticket Office experience
