From lump sum relocation programs to à la carte relocation assistance to executive level relocations (as well as relocation policy consultation and development), Hilldrup strives to be a strong partner for companies who desire to make their employees' relocation process as simple as possible.
Candidate Profile
Hilldrup has an immediate need on our Corporate Sales team for a motivated, self-starter with outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively network and negotiate. The ideal candidate will have the ability to be strategic and results-driven, and to effectively develop and execute prospecting and sales plans. Hilldrup will provide training, coaching, and mentoring to the ideal candidate.
We are seeking recent (or soon-to-be) college graduates who are customer-centric and thrive in a fast-paced environment and who can embrace a culture that is steadfast in its commitment to the organizations mission, vision and values. Candidates must develop and exhibit a strong commitment to promoting Hilldrups corporate moving, storage and relocation services to large and small businesses in specific territories, as well as be adept at building solid and lasting business relationships that provide for optimal revenue generation.
The selected candidate will report to and work closely with the Senior Vice-President of Sales and Client Services.
Specific job responsibilities include:
- Executing customer-focused sales strategies that will support the achievement of individual, department and company revenue and profit goals;
- Prospecting, selling and closing of new business within Hilldrups corporate global moving services line;
- Managing the customer sales cycle to include communicating with customers, coordination of customer services with Hilldrup branch and/or corporate employees and customer satisfaction and quality control efforts;
- Adhering to established sales practices and adopting new and innovative techniques to drive sales;
- Maintaining an in-depth knowledge of relocation services and customers' issues and needs;
- Operating in a manner that ensures greater client retention and the highest levels of customer satisfaction;
- Travel up to 25% of the time within designed territory;
- Capitalizing on on-the-job training and development opportunities;
- Utilizing social media and technology, as well as effectively networking to promote Hilldrups services to existing customers/prospects.
