DESCRIPTION

FHC has been a family owned and operated organization since 1999. This is a unique opportunity to join a successful, entrepreneurial family, as an Executive Assistant.

Job Duties:

  • The candidate will report to the C-suite family executives of family run business and will be responsible for assisting the C-suite family executives with managing their business and personal affairs.
  • Responsibilities include managing vendors; booking flights, and coordinating family and business travel; working on events such as charity events and events hosted by the family's company; organizing charitable contributions; managing the family calendar; special projects.
  • Also to include responsibilities such as setting up meetings, meeting preparation, meeting minutes, monitor timeline and task completion, and project management.
 
Position Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Proactive and excellent problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask with meetings, travel, and communication for multiple C-Suite family members
  • High-energy, extremely organized self-starter
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • The role requires at least 5 years of C-Suite Executive Assistant experience
  • Candidates must be able to work in Exeter, NH office at least one day per week
  • Salary 
  • Monday through Friday schedule 9-5
