Title: Amazing Person/Lab Technician with sights on their future (Entry- to Junior-level)

Frequently Asked Questions: Learning and growth opportunities? Of course, there are! As long as you want them. Great products that are kid-tested and parent-approved? Check (more on that when we meet). Great company? Check. Great pay? Check. Great benefits? Check. Clean/safe working environment? Check/Check. Responsibilities that are challenging (in a good way)? Check.

Interview Process (easy!): Our Director of Quality and Quality Manager, both of whom you will meet and work with, say there is no need to update your resume….no need to dress up…and no need to worry about leaving your current employer. We encourage our own employees to always seek the best options in life, whether that is here or at another company. Good companies do that (which is one reason why so many good people stay long-term with us). They also stated that if you are just out of school/college, that's fine, too…as long as you like math/science. They are looking for an interesting, smart, passionate person, and they understand that resumés and diplomas don't tell the whole story. They want to meet you in person and talk about the possibility of working together. They also stressed that this job opportunity is about YOU growing your career as much as it is about us getting better with your help and dedication (you are dedicated to your success, right?).

The Job: You may not know our company name, but we are in nearly every home in North America. We are helping to feed healthy food to almost EVERY CHILD in North America, too. We make BILLIONS of parts. These parts MUST be safe high quality and safe though, because infants, young kids, and even adults use them. That is where YOU come in. There is a lot of SCIENCE in what we do. We need you to help run high-tech equipment and instruments to test our products. Not every minute, but in phases. As we go. Things and tasks change DAILY here so you won't get bored, ever. We also need your help in testing developmental products not yet on the market. If you are serious, great. If you can focus, perfect. If you like to joke around a bit, even better. We like laughing. Lastly….depending on your long-term goals, if you want to become a leader in our company someday, that could work, too. But you have to start somewhere and this opening is the place.

Our 'job description' is attached. This is just a formality. It doesn't detail the time you'll spend working with great people. It doesn't talk about some of the state-of-the-art equipment you will work with, and it doesn't mention some of the robotics and other high-tech systems we have. It also doesn't mention we are nearly paperless and almost entirely computer/file/tablet-based. Nor does it mention how much pride we take in what we do. Again, we are in nearly every home in North America. You will know our products when we meet!

We only source top talent for this team. Looking forward to meeting you if that's you. Let's talk and see how we can help each other.
