There are a range of positions available for new BSW social workers, social workers with moderate experience, as well as positions for experienced MSW social workers. Positions include Health Home Care Manager, Homefinding Recruiter and Supervisor, Case Planners and Case Planner Supervisor. The schedule for most positions involves 2 days in the field (home visits in Queens or Brooklyn, usually one or the other and not both), 2 days in the office (offices are located in Forest Hills, Jamaica Estates and Downtown Brooklyn), and 1 day work from home. Competitive salaries with annual merit raises up to 5%. Comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision, very generous retirement contribution, disability, graduate school assistance, etc.).
