This role's focus is to make customers completely satisfied with their purchase. You will be a key contributor of providing Outstanding Customer Service through your ability to explain technology to others in understandable language. The ideal candidate will have a passion for vehicle technology.
What You Will Do
Deliver vehicles to customers from start to finish
Demonstrate and explain high tech features to customers
Assist sales and service customers with technology needs
Help service advisors diagnose technology problems
Participate in manufacturer education and training programs
Other duties as assigned

Ability to maintain composure and customer focus while explaining technical features
Ability to educate team members about products while keeping your own technical skills up to date
