This position is located inside Buffalo General Hospital and requires proof of COVID Vaccination.
Linen Techs are responsible for delivering patient linen throughout the hospital. The position includes delivering linen to assigned floors, filling linen carts, and picking up soiled linen. Candidates will also be responsible for delivering supplies such as soil bags and other patient care items. The position is full-time with benefits after 90 days. The position requires the ability to stand 8 hours per day and lift up to 50lbs. Flexible availability, including weekends and some holidays are also required. See shift below:
- 7am-3:30pmm (off days Monday & Tuesday) requires weekend availability
- 6am-2:30pmm (off days Thursday & Friday) requires weekend availability
Responsibilities: Follow all safety standards and policies Use company issued PPE as required Meet daily delivery standards and requirements Maintain a clean working environment Must be dependable, flexible and prompt.
