Wellington Meadows at Fort Atkinson (CBRF) is located at 525 Memorial Drive, Fort Atkinson, WI 53538. We are looking for dedicated, experienced caregivers! Our shifts are 6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm, and 10pm-6am.

Requirements:
- Experience in caregiving preferred, but not required, training provided
- Compassionate, self-motivated individual
- Must be able to work every other weekend and every other holiday
- Must have transportation to and from the facility
