Getting our wine and merchandise into our customer’s hands is one of the most important roles our Warehouse fulfills each day! In the role of the Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day functions for entire fulfillment process which include, processing orders, managing returns, assigning pick and pack, executing shipping as well as timely processing of Tasting Room and Estate replenishments and receiving of incoming stock.
Position Title: Warehouse Manager
Location: Trump Winery in Charlottesville, VA - 15 minutes south of Charlottesville city limits
Hours: Full-Time (Typically Monday – Friday 8:30-5:00, some weekend hours are required. Open availability during peak season is needed (October – December).
Wage: $25-$26 per hour

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
- Safely oversee day-to-day warehouse activities including but not limited to a $5+ million/year ecommerce, distribution (includes onsite), shipping, receiving, and inventory control
- Maintain accurate wine, merchandise, and supply inventory through weekly and monthly counts; update inventory levels in software system, develop recorder points, and notify managers and purchasing department of low stock items and inventory discrepancies.
- Identify operational metrics to manage, and report these metrics across the team and to upper management
- Create a plan to organize and maintain the organization of the warehouse
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5 years supervisor experience in a warehouse, logistics, or similar environment
- 5+ years’ experience managing a 5+ million dollar year ecommerce warehouse.
- Experience implementing new strategies for fulfillment and inventory operations.
- Must be able to lift, carry, push/pull 60 pounds repeatedly, comfortable on ladders, proficient with forklift, pallet jack, and hand truck.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, Gmail; experience with POS
- Valid VA driver’s license and clean driving record
