Regional Marketing Coordinator
We are looking for a dynamic, experienced Regional Marketing Coordinator to join our fast-growing dental partnership network’s (“DPN”) Marketing team in Palm Beach Gardens, FL.

Job Summary:
The Regional Marketing Coordinator is responsible for the management and execution of all marketing plans and activities, including but not limited to field marketing programs, event management, marketing budget management, and local/regional marketing planning and implementation for GDP network practices in an assigned territory. This is a key marketing position and is responsible for working closely with our Partners and Operations teams to develop and implement local marketing and outreach plans.
Experience in multi-location or multi-unit brand marketing is preferred. Healthcare experience is a bonus. Position reports to the Director of Marketing.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
- Strong marketing partner with an ability to develop and implement local and regional marketing plans
- Work alongside Operations and doctor Partners to develop local market plans and identify and execute on local marketing opportunities
- Work with the Director of Marketing to optimize marketing operations and analyze campaign performance in support of business goals
- Lead local strategies for social media, content marketing, and paid media campaigns with support from agency partners
- Plan and execute community events and in-office promotions
- Plan and participate in conference calls and/or meetings with field teams and agency partners
- Provide insight and perspective on:
- General effectiveness of specific marketing ideas in a given market
- Recommend timing of various marketing vehicles to maximize impact
- Advice on how to maximize marketing ROI
8. Lead all implementation of marketing programs and follow up with results and refinements
9. Create and implement regional and local marketing programs and activities
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 3+ years marketing experience
- Customer-facing marketing experience required
- Must have experience in both online and offline advertising
- Polished presentation and communication skills
- High business acumen
- Exceptional planning abilities and attention to detail

- Base Compensation: Competitive, market based
