Position Summary: Supervise the print and lamination department by providing constant feedback and communicating the companys goals. Supervise and instruct operators in their duties. Promote a quality-oriented culture.

Essential functions and responsibilities:

  • Managing the workflow and materials, creating team schedules, and delegating tasks
  • Managing employee attendance and break periods
  • Troubleshooting production issues
  • Fill in for operator lunch breaks and vacations
  • Ensuring all quality checks and audits are completed
  • Ensuring product quality
  • Managing machine utilization
  • Assessing the work performance of employees and identifying areas that need improvement
  • Ensuring that business goals, deadlines and performance standards are met
  • Training and onboarding new hires to make sure they understand their roles
  • Setting goals for workers and making sure they comply with the company's plans and vision
  • All other duties as required

  • Report to work on time on scheduled days
  • Show leadership by leading by example and constantly communicating with your team
  • Systematic problem-solving abilities
  • Make certain you and team members perform all daily duties in a safe manner and follow all company GMPs
  • Make sure that the team is producing at the rates established in the process conditions
  • Meet all area KPIS
 
Position Requirements

Qualifications required:

  • Previous leadership experience.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Reliable, with high integrity and strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
  • Professional appearance and attitude.
  • Computer literacy.
  • Proactive organizational skills.
  • Ability to keep a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
  • High school diploma
