Position Title: Loyalty Ambassador
Location: Albemarle Estate at Trump Winery in Charlottesville, VA - 15 minutes south of Charlottesville city limits Hours: Full-Time, weekends, holidays and evenings availability required
Wage: $16 - $18/hr plus gratuity
Sign-Bonus: $500.00. To qualify for bonus, must start on or before November 30th. Bonus will be paid in two installments of $250 after 90 days of employment and $250 after 120 days of employment (employee must be in good standing and active at time of payment).

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
- Answer questions, assist with requests, anticipate guest’s needs: assist with luggage, restaurant reservations, food and tourism recommendations, car service, in-house or off site activity reservations
- Responds to telephone and in-person inquiries regarding reservations, hotel information and guest concerns
- Train, direct the work of, resolve issues/problems and coach and counsel the Guest Services team members to ensure a quality operation
- Resolve customer issues, complaints, problems in a quick, efficient manner to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and quality service in the moment. Anticipate guest desire and proactively deliver and resolve complaints with appropriate measures that match the magnitude of the compliant.
- Complete and oversee breakfast service and beverage service
- Assigns rooms for housekeeping to clean on the morning report
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be 21 years of age
- 2-3 years’ experience in Hotel Guest Services/Front Desk operations
- Familiarity with general office operations and bookkeeping practices
- Valid Driver’s License
- Reliable transportation
- Requires standing for extended periods, walking, pushing, pulling and lifting up to 50 pounds, bending, reaching, stooping, kneeling, crouching, walking on uneven surfaces, using ladders, moving up and down stairs
